I know EXACTLY what you mean. Iwas stationed at LSAA in 2004-2005 and played the same game...sit in the DFAC until the green signal came. Of course, back then they would let us leave anytime, they would just not lket anyone in during a red status (guess it was safer scrambling around outside, huh...?) Anyway, thought I would reply to you...hold down the fort...man, I miss Anaconda!
