Last night I went to see the new Potter movie. I was disappointed. This Dumbledore sucks. They spend way too much time on boring stuff and don't explain important parts. Not to mention they have this one clip where Karkaroff goes in with the cup alone. That's it. He closes the door and that's it. They don't explain why that could be significant. ( Read more... )

um i dont know who u are, but im Rabee Kaheel and to answer your question, that perticular sene was put because it was to set up suspision that Karkaroff had put harry's name in the cup. Remeber, he went there the night before the selection began.

and in my opinion and as a HUGE harry potter. i believed that the movie was fantastic, WAAAAAYY better than the third one. even though they took out things from the book, like the eleves material, it was still insignificant to the plot of the future of the character.

ne ways, i hope im not too nosy, and by all means, that is my opinion and everyone has a different opinion. but i just wanted to answer your question.

I understand why it happened I just wish the movie had explained it. That was a fun conversation to read.

(spoilers possible)The movie was very entertaining, but it had many flaws. First and foremost, I hate that there was NO QUIDDITCH! I was sitting in the movie theater all excited as the guys flew into the stadium on broomsticks, and then the dude said "let the match begin" or something like that... and then it cut to a scene after the match! I think the directors were out of their minds to keep the introduction to the match but not include the main event. Quidditch is one of the more interesting aspects to the series, and I expected a breathtaking portrayal of the Quidditch match, like in the novel and the other three films, especially because they only had one opportunity to do so ( ... )

omg dumbledore sucks big time and i am truly upset by it. he doesnt portray the character at all!!

haha, i saw the pics of marcus' head on the website... its pretty impressive. our bass #3 broke not only her drumhead but the RIM... but we somehow stapled it (not regular staples) back together...

can't wait till friday, man... make it a good last one...
