Confused

So just found out that Aiba Masaki, his name is not Aiba but Masaki.
So, Ninomiya Kazunari, his name is not Ninomiya but Kazunari.
Then then Ohno Satoshi, his name is not Ohno but Satoshi.

But Masaki, Kazunari and Satoshi sounds more of a surname to me though.

it's an asian thing, they usually read the last name first, then the first name.
