Hubby came home from work last night suggesting that we should go and get some petrol in light of the planned blockades. He wanted to go to Asda as they are the cheapest around here and well I needed shopping anyway. So off we trundled - 20 odd miles - to be faced with the biggest queue I have ever seen. Mornin' Sha're :D

92.9p for your petrol....if only it were that cheap up here. There's not much panic buying happening here at the moment, then again 12 102.9p I'm not terribly surprised.

I agree with you about GW, popped on there this morning...there's not much happening there. I used to love that site, nowadays it seems to depress me, what with all the bitchin going on.

I managed to stay spoiler-free though I had to avoid half the sections over there, and the numpties who don't use spoiler tags. Now I've started watching S9 I've given up....I can't help it, I'm a spoiler-whore :D

Sha're *hugs*

We've not hit the £1 barrier here in good old North Yorkshire :P
I think all the panic fuel buying (which hasn't been happening all over the place, i think it's just been in places like Asda with cheap petrol still) is because of the media :[ evil media :P

Well, about GW, you've still got people on LJ, and you still love the few places you visit, right? That's all that matters :]

There is ne person who seems to thrive on winding people up - making inflamatory statements and then sitting back to watch the fall-out. Hmm, that sounds like half the posters on there at the moment.

I was following that thread for awhile, and posted once, but ended up having to back off in order to avoid metamorphosis into jerk-mode :p.

Oh yes, we are on the same wavelength then. I'd feel quite gutted if I'd recieved rep from him, though I've greened him (just for effect).

Oh, him. Yeah, big waste of time, isn't he? I just avoid anything he posts. I'd put him on ignore but he doesn't even seem worth the effort. :-P I doubt he's ever given ME any green, though...lol!
