Went to see Serenity tonight with hubby and daughter. (Unfortunately "Kevin the teenager" couldn't come because McDonalds was not on the agenda

I haven't managed to see Serenity yet, though I'd like to. Hubby's working crazy hours at the moment though, so we haven't had a chance to go. *sulks*

I saw Firefly before, but i took Si with me the second time i saw it, he loved it, and he's not seen Firefly...it's accessable to everyone, which makes it brilliant :P

I finally saw "Serenity" yesterday. I loved it. It had a good plot and all the actors had good scenes. Most importantly, the humor is still there. :-)Mal looks great on a big screen, doesn't he? I could easily see it a second time, too.

It was interesting that they toned down the old west stuff and emphasized more Asian influence.

One of the scary things about recommending flicks to people is the fact that you can never be sure if they'd like it as much as you.
But I'm glad that we see eye to eye on this one... It is a terrific film! Glad to hear that hubs liked it too.

Now, go tell your friends... You Brits have done a good job so far... keep it up!
