Had a busy weekend. Went to see Harry Potter. It was great, even though they left a fair portion of the book out. It was good to get out with the older kids on our own for the first time since Serenity. For some reason the fact that HP was really a kids' movie was lost on me, right up until I walked into the theatre and heard the anticipatory giggling of the audience, all shorter than the seat backs they were kicking with wild abandon. I escaped to the safety of a close row and hunkered down in case of flying popcorn. :-D
