So far.. so good. We've had to sign so much paperwork, its insane. There have been little hiccups here and there and every time I think this is going to be the thing that knocks us out of escrow. This house has fallen out a couple times before us and it makes me so nervous that we're just going to get added to the list of people who fell out of

I have so much sympathy for you! I feels like 5 minutes ago I was going through the same thing. Our closing took forever too and waiting was hard.
The work they want you to do sounds pretty standard, hopefully it isn't too difficult or expensive! Replacing the garage in one weekend was tough but I am so glad it got done before we move in.
This process will be over before you know it. Even with the termite BS I am still typing all this from my new kitchen! Good luck. :)

It is SO frustrating to have to wait on approval from so many different people and agencies... People who don't know anything about you other than some letters and numbers on a piece of paper.. but THEY ultimately get to decide your home-buying fate. It's awful!!

My fingers are crossed tightly for you!! I know what this is like and I wouldn't wish it on anyone <3
