I totally hear ya. I've gotten that thing TWICE in the past week (basically, both times my computer tried to install the most recent Windows updates). I have this theory that Microsoft is intentionally trying to piss of XP users so that they'll upgrade to Vista... I think I might just switch to Ubuntu (well, maybe not, I use too many specialized PC programs, esp for lab and such, but it's a reallllly tempting thought).
