Which reminds me, I heard on Click and Clack (The Tappet Brothers) last Sunday that they're running an anti-SUV info campaign. I respect that they have the cajones to take a stand from their position of respect and authority and media ( Read more... )

But no matter what I do, it won't seem to remember that I'm logged into LiveJournal, which makes commenting on other journals a big pain.

Interesting, works fine for me here.... Perhaps it is some Moz OSX problem?

Not to suggest the obvious, but you don't have cookies disabled, right? You also might want to make sure that you didn't block cookies from livejournal.com (Tools->Cookie Manager->Manage Stored Cookies->Cookie Sites).

Taking a look at the Moz cookie manager, I can see that the LJ permlogin cookie is there and is set to 1. It is not blocked and it applies to the whole domain. And yet... every time I post I get the Error.... message and have to go back and click the "registered user" radio button manually.

Ask yourself how you'd feel if someone hit your vehicle witha sticker you did not agree with?

Ends, means, justification... slippery slopes lie that way.

Ask yourself how you'd feel if you and a group of people were stuck on a deserted island with a limited supply of resources and a few people in the group started taking them all for themselves without justification and were unapologetic about it.

Rather than Cmd-N for a new browser window, use Cmd-T for a new tab, which is really just a window insdie the browser UI. Rather than a dozen open browser windows all over the place, you have access to them all in one place, and you can see what they are by the tab names easily.
