2010 was awesome.

I spent 6 weeks in Philippines, watching what it means to be poor irl (my country is like an alternate reality that is really safe where people live under a well and knows nothing about the world outside) and eating goldilocks brownies at PHP29 which is the best brownie I've ever tasted in my life. Wow, I didn't know you spent time in my country (Philippines) ^^ Wish we could've met up. I understand what you mean about developed nations being an alternate reality. I realized what "developed" really meant when I went outside my country for the 1st time to watch a KAT-TUN concert. I really hope people in 1st-world nations realize and appreciate how lucky they are.

Our country's situation is not exactly what you'd call "good" but I still love it. ♥ Glad you like our brownies ;) Hope you also tried our other traditional foods ^^

I don't think I knew you before I went to Philippines :P Or I definitely would have met up with you. And yup, life is really quite different in my country compared to yours. My country is similar to Japan (but relatively cheaper) :)

Yup I tried some of the other foods! :D It was an interesting time staying in Philippines though I almost died cos of the 39 degrees weather :X I was literally sitting in front of the fan whenever i can.
