Sing it! I work in Photo on occasion (it's not really my position but I help out when needed and am trained) at Walgreens where I work.

The ones that really bug me are vacationers who want them in time to make it to the airport for their flight and they give me LESS than an hour. GRRRR. I tell them straight forward how long it's going to take based on outstanding production and that's it. I'm not pushing you up the queue just because you have a flight. Your vacay photos can wait till you get home to develop.

When people ask that of me I say it's one hour photo, I can't guarantee anything.

Then I follow that with, I can't even guarantee one hour.

At that point they usually leave.
