Apparently, when I write about the story I'm having a hard time with and attempting to beat into submission, something clicks and I get excited all over again. There's a book now.
It's been a busy time for me for a lot of reasons and very good things are happening. My novel, Guardian of the Gods, was just released by Double Dragon Publishing. Trying to figure out new monsters for a character to face when she's already faced the biggest of the bads already. It's a little frustrating as I am trying to stay within the realm of things that have foundation in mythology already. Feeling better than I have in a while - it's been a weird year for me. I'm writing again and it's going well. It just really seems that way.
