Now, are you referring to "beast" as in the biblical, mythical sense or in the simple reference to a feral nature? If it is the former, interesting and I don't understand. If the latter, I'm sure you know where I stand on that subject.

This is a more personal poem about something that has affected me representing a person that I have had a short lived intimate relationship with, who ended up hurting me in the end. The poem is titled ivan. That's his name. Though it doesn't surprise me that you'd write that. Sounds about like you. Religion hardly affects me this directly.
Haha, not many read this anyhow. I wouldn't be worried about posting it. If I were to post it somewhere very public, I'd make it untitled. His behavoir was very much animal like, but I like animals, animals are not beasts...when I refer to a beast. I mean a monster. Beast just felt more liberating for me to say to myself.
