Thanks! The original idea had Gibbs guiding Vin but, as you say, it just fits with Ducky.

Of course Abby would be curious, and who could resist a wounded Tanner? It's probably best that she decided on a sibling relationship, though. Of course, now everyone wants to know what his second tattoo is... ;-) I liked the way Vin teased Gibbs by saluting him and calling him sir--nice to see his playful side making an appearance. Thanks for sharing. :-)

There wouldn't have been a relationship anyway because Vin belongs with Chris (or any hot pretty boy who catches my fancy), but Abby would explore the possibility, however briefly.

His second tattoo will be a surprise to us all.

And now that Vin's comfortable with Gibbs I can't get him to treat Gibbs with any respect, so I think the 'sir' thing is a permanent feature.
