[It's the first Christmas Ginia can remember in awhile that really felt like Christmas. Snow outside, lots of friends to spend time with, good memories and fun all around. Her voice may be gone, her vision is back with the side-effect of sensitivity to light and headaches, but she's not letting any of that get her

Yes, it does. [There's a light tone of disbelief in her voice not because of any doubt, but it's still something she's trying to process.]

[She laughs again. Oh, Giles, you can be so cute sometimes. Still, she absently fiddles with the necklace.] Yes, he is.

I can still sing. I guess Frederic's voice lessons didn't go to waste.

[Ginia turns when she hears Kazooie and offers a wave of her hand.]

Hey, Kazooie! Merry Christmas!

[Yes, that's right, she's speaking.]

As for the glasses, my eyes haven't adjusted yet so this cuts down on most of the irritation.

Weird. The Malnosso-guys let you keep your voice? [She isn't sure what to think about tha possibility.]

Hardly. My vision came back on the 24th and my voice left then. Nice timing, right?

Helios made me a necklace that allows me to talk.

[ Really really as opposed to just really. He's kinda almost amazed by his own ability to do this yeah, don't ask why, it's just a Helios thing. ]

As for fireworks...it might be interesting to have a collaboration of nonmagical and magic induced ones...couldn't hurt, really.

I'm very glad to hear that. [ But yes he has seen how much it means and that's why he did it. ] It paid off. A few explosions here or there but, ah, all well worth it in the end! [ He laughs. ] It just...didn't seem fair to have to choose, you know?

As for fireworks...I think I could manage something or other. [ Hm. Fireworks in the shape of dragons! No wait maybe just regular ones would be better. ]

The message is fairly unimportant to him, but he does note the singing. What's more important is making first contact, and this is convenient enough.]
