Yeah! It's always awsome to be remembered. Especially when all thought was nearly abondoned.
And as far as the exercises and eating right. Make shure to mix protien in with veggies and also make shure you get a cirtian amount of whole wheat too for the carbs. Or else you really burn out. What really helps is to drink a cup of water in the morning with 2 tablespoons of real lemon juice from a freshly squeezed lemon mixed in with the warm water. It helps your system wake up and work right in the morning. But then you also have ot make shure you get enough water in your system through the day. Right now I"m at 12 cups per day.

I'm not going to stick with any "don't eat something" diet really. Just gonna make sure that what I eat is healthier than what I used to :) more fruit and veggies. less bad snackfood and sweet stuff ;) Already dropped the soda which I miss terribly already :D
That's why we ate all the goodies in the house last weekend :D So now we don't have any left here lol.
We're gonna be good all week and then eat whatever we want 1 day a week. Just to keep our metabolism going. it's the best way to lose weight I heard. If you keep on the diet constantly the weightloss slows down and prettymuch stops at a certain point because your body starts to think it needs to hold onto the fat since it's not getting any in the food :)
