This is my two hundred fortieth entry.

That was one of the best weekends ever.

Holy shit. Was that a kickass weekend, or what? Let's begin with Friday, shall we?

So, St. Patrick's Day. Both Kristin and I are Irish, her moreso than me, and we both like to drink, so we decided to have a party at our apartment in honor of the holiday. And, by all accounts, it was a rousing success. Everyone had a most excellent time, and we will no doubt do it again in a couple months, most likely some time in June to celebrate the end of Spring Term.

Saw some people at the party I haven't seen in a while, catching up with them was good. I played some surprisingly decent games of pong. I actually got Jenn to play with me in one of them too. She had a good time at the party, but we had an even better time when we cut out at about 1:30ish to go to her place to have amazingly hot sex.

Saturday was filled with some sleeping, more hot sex (goddamn, we were horny all weekend), and then more partying. First up was the McLane Family St. Patrick's Day party at Kristin's parents' place. Good times. Delicious food, delicious Yuengling, and delicious Jenn. We left around 11:30 to head to Stetser's surprise party over at Rowan.

Awesome party. All the people that had been down at the Wildwood house were there, though I apparently missed Joe by like 5 minutes. Everyone was telling Jenn that I was a Legend at the beachhouse, for my table dancing tendencies. Funniest part of the party, Jenn and I were being makey-outy by the beer pong table, and everyone in the kitchen started chanting "GET A ROOM! GET A ROOM!" Hilarious. Also hilarious, this girl was totally hitting on Jenn, trying to get her to dance. Coolest part of the party, helping Chris really surprise Mark by showing up. Apparently he went nuts. It was good seeing Chris again too. He just got back from spending his spring break in New Orleans helping with the relief effort. He's much more socially conscientious than I am. We're gonna try and set up a trip out there some time in mid-April.

Back to Philly after that. Glorious glorious sleep. Sunday was filled with more sex, each time hotter than the last. We took a time out to go scam IKEA. We were successful in that endeavor, and thus we were able to pick up concert tickets for Magic Numbers and Pretty Girls Make Graves, a few toys from The Mood, and dinner. Thanks IKEA! Much Carnivale was also watched. Two more episodes, and we will be done the first season. It's quite a good show. It's all mystical and such, and I really dig the 1930sish setting. Unfortunately, HBO cancelled it after the second season.

Looking ahead, only two more weeks of work! The new co-op girl starts today, so I'll have to start training her or whatever. Tonight starts the most intense two hours of television ever, as FOX sets us up with new episodes of Prison Break and 24 from now until the end of the season. Holla! Tomorrow night is seeing Margaret Cho at Penn. Will she be doing stand up, or just some sort of talk? I don't know. But I'm sure it will be great whatever she does. Wednesday is mine and Jenn's official six month anniversary. Woohoo! I love you baby! Thursday is hitting up Jersey to get my car fixed, pick up comics, and whatnot. Friday is going to these sex seminar things with Jenn at this college. Saturday is more of the same, then Magic Numbers in the evening. Sunday will more than likely be practicing all of our new foud sex knowledge. Monday kicks off the last week of work. Wednesday is Kingdom Hearts 2! Woo! And the new Brotherhood of the Blade! Hoo! Thursday is my last day of work and then heading up to Boston for the weekend. Then that Monday, classes begin, and spring term, and by extension, my 15 months of class, commences.

In random news, Hutch U will have a Monday, Wednesday, Friday update schedule this week, since I skipped last Friday. Expect to see DD continue trying out different jobs. SMRZNP work continues. Due to all the other stuff going on, it looks like Issue 2 won't get wrapped by the end of the month like I had intended. It should be halfway done though. It will be finished during week 1 of class, then weeks 2, 3, and 4, I can do issues 3, 4, and 5, and everything will be wrapped up by the end of April. I was talking with Ron, and we think we're gonna put out issue 1 and 2 together. Then maybe 3, 4, and 5 in another set. Then perhaps a trade of all 5, with bonus material! SMRZNP vs. Dracula! Dracula vs. Lint! All out action! My loan should be going through this week. I need to call either today or tomorrow and make sure they got the rest of the documents I faxed in on Thursday. I believe that means I should get my money this week too. Huzzah. That means credit cards will be paid off. It will also mean that I have to start putting my budget into effect. Food buget each week. Comics budget. I'll probably cut trips to Jersey back to pick up comics to every other week, every 3 weeks, something like that. That will save on the gas money too.

In short though, life is good. No, life is great. No, life is grand. No, life is wonderful.

Can you catch the movie reference in that last line?
