So, the vacation in Las Vegas for the Howard Stern show was a blast. I'm sure
revseandoe will have a much more interesting post (as he's much better at the story telling thing), so I'll just stick to some of the highlights from our trip:
* flying into Vegas at night, with a clear view of the strip
* VIP tickets to the show - when the majority of the crowd was stuck outside waiting in line
* buying beer for "Gary the Retard" (a regular on the show)
* watching the insanely sexy Spearmint/Rhino Gentlemen's Club girls get in trouble for "touching each other"
* talking to lots of hot girls who stick around long enough to find out you don't work on the show
* watching guys try to pick up on the "God Hates F*gs" girls
* hiding in the back of a black, unmarked van so the drug dealer can't see you
* drinking everyday, everywhere - and being able to smoke almost everywhere
* hanging out at a little bar named "Cheers", and nobody knew our name
* eating lots of salad, cause Vegas hates vegetarians
* Star Trek Borg/Klingon Experience
* hitting "the strip" at 9PM on Friday night and leaving when the sun comes up
*
Fountains of Bellagio, and
Sirens of TI * "loosing" the rental car in the New Yorker parking garage (took over an hour to find it)
* realizing that even in Sin City, Mike and I are still freaks
* airport security: no real problems, but Mike has informed me I am no longer allowed to travel "in costume"
All things considered, there were only a few things that could have made this trip any better. Next time I need a bigger budget, sporty rental car, more/better sleep, and an interesting hot chick that ISN'T there with her boyfriend. Oh, and next time I MUST have a laptop and digital camera. I still can't believe I went almost a week without getting online.
Well, so much for vacation, time to get back to work. There's plenty of good stories, but I'm sure most of you will hear them eventually.
