That's a USPS First Class Mail letter (1 lbs 4 oz), which was the cheapest option for that weight. I could drop the price to $17.50 if you'd like. I'm sorry though, it tends to be expensive to ship international from the US :\

If you wanted to buy a few more things I could stuff it all into a flat rate envelope for $13.95 shipping, up to 4 lbs.
