Untamed Undies in the Arisia dealers room had buttons, stickers, and underwear (hence the name :-) with "C-O-N-S-E-N-T, find out what it means to me" written on it and a piano keyboard across the top.

The white keys were words: "INFORMED", "ENTHUSIASTIC", "REVOCABLE", "REQUIRED", "FREELY GIVEN", "UNCOERCED", and "SOBER".

The sticker version is available on Etsy. UU is planning to be at Pi-con, too, according to Tumblr.
