Plasma Donations

Lawton has a local plasma center and since I used to donate plasma some years ago when I lived in California, I though I would start up again.  In case do you do not know, plasma is just a part of your blood. When you donate plasma they separate the plasma from your red blood cells and return your red blood cells to your body.  The normal human

...although I don't know what a good idea it was to go back the second time after the first time caused you to collapse ! Hopefully it will turn out well enough in the end, when you get used to it. It is always a good idea to keep yourself sufficiently hydrated. I used to work in an office where each summer the management put urine colour charts up in the lavatories so that employees could check themselves for dehydration
