Cholesterol

I got a bit of good news today... I get a free cholesterol test every time I donate platelets and it seems that my cholesterol went down from 201 to 158. I guess i am getting healthier by not working in fast food anymore.. now if only i can get some of this weight off meh...

I'd imagine that your weight comes down after your cholesterol goes down since that's just fat circulating in your blood, and now there's less of it.

Losing weight has been an endless struggle for me.Thankfully,my cholesterol went down to 109 after my last physical a month ago.

Well i get soda, nutter butters, cookies, peanuts, popcorn and even a movie when I go :)
