One more to add to the menufoods recall of 80+ brands pet food recall.

Hill's is voluntarily recalling it's Prescription M/D dry cat food. "Hill's is taking this precautionary action because during a two-month period in early 2007, wheat gluten for this product was provided by a company that also supplied wheat gluten to Menu Foods. U.S. Food and

That says something for Hill's.

Based on Menu Foods' response to this situation, I'd like to see pet food suppliers drop them like a hot rock.

my heart seized when I saw this report about Hill's since I give Jean Hills Prescription Diet. I was so relieved to se that it was just the M/D formula, I give her the K/D with chicken canned variety. I hope your Mom's kitty will be okay.
