Last week I went to interview a patient before her surgery as I
usually do.  She was an obese woman in her fifties with all the
potential complications that could go along with her unhealthy body
mass.  She had diabetes, high blood pressure, and peripheral vascular
disease in addition to a few others.  All these conditions had

*giggles* that's funny.

Sad that she's losing her leg, but good that she still has a sense of humor. somedays I wish that I could follow you around at your job... other days I'm glad that I can't.

My hubby says that would be me. He thinks it is funny that I almost always try to make the medical staff smile.
