Ok i got Shadow The Hedgehog and is ok...but its not exactly what i expected. I dunno in the previous Sonic games i've owned its been pretty easy for me to keep a good flow of speed through out the whole stage. Haha, y'know, one of the other points of Sonic games IS to be able to move fast no matter the obstacle. Sonic doesn't slow down for anything, and neither would Shadow. For instance, if an alien/meteor/car/giantrobotomg is in the way, either go over or around or through. :D

Honestly, I love this game because of how hard it is. Sonic Heroes could be played easily by a kid, but the Shadow game actually requires good reaction timing and the ability to think on your feet if you want to get through a stage.

Still, I'll admit, while a lot of the stupid missions aew annoying as hell, quite a few of them are actually pretty easy (such as turning on five devices throughout the stage) and challenging as well. If you don't like challenge, you won't like this game. *shrugs*

Heh, I hope you like the ending themes at least for music. "Waking Up" and "Almost Dead" are freaking awesome songs. ^^ If nothing else, the music aspect of the game will probably grow on you.

Maybe its just me, but when I need to go fast, I don't feel like I have a problem with Shadow's speed... I've heard about the speed issue from several people... and to be honest, I've not ever seen it as a problem.
His homing on the other hand, and knack for DYING on a regular basis bugs me, but that's what I get for having happy fingers when ARK is falling down all around you. (One of the freakishly hard missions in my mind, a good scare for me too, heh)
And of course its my oppinion, but I happen to like the missions, as Team Chaotix was my favorite group to 'play' with (Team Dark was more intense and had the way better team effect of Chaos Control)
