Well I was gone friday to visit Petosky. I made some other trips as well, like climbing the dunes near Mackinac Island. That was fun; I like "doing" trips more than "seeing" trips. My lovebird was being evil while we were gone. He has evil plans to take over the world I'm sure ( Read more... )

Well I fired my first round with that thing today. It went up about 50 feet and came down with a boom. But only 50 feet! I suppose it was because it didn't have any fins. Oh well, back to the drawing board. I'll improvise it and see how it turns out, and maybe I'll use a bigger rocket.

First day of school be today. It was nice to be back with friends, and I might even enjoy my classes this year. We're learning hiragana in japanese, something I just spent the summer learning.
