So, ASU has decided to become more eco friendly and save energy. Which really equals less electric bills to pay. So in the summer, the temperature inside is at a luke warm 78 degrees in EVERY BUILDING ON CAMPUS. And in the winter, it'll be at 68 degrees. I gotta tell ya, it feels really warm in here. Oy! 78 is warm if you're in the sun. Can you get an oscillating fan ... and a box of paperweights? =\ Maybe just a small fun to put on the floor under your desk and cool off your legs and feet would help.
