I know how to put a header!!!

And now I am abusing this thing!!!
Back to my old layout and I have put a header *points to the purple desperate girl up there*
Of course, knowing myself, this header will change..to another purple one, or a different colour!!!

My layout was made by refuted
and in the instructions it was written about a header:if I want one, how to put it etc.
And the width was spcified there so I just had to upload my pic and then put the URL in that code for the header!!!

So...I don't know how to center either...Sorry.
