*laughs* Yeah I know you guys get more heat than we do. Still...it's pretty darn hot here.

Heh. I wouldn't say big and bulgy but it wouldn't take long to get that way if you had to do a lot of this. :P

Thanks for the birthday wishes ^^

Good luck with the fence, replaced one of those not too long ago at home. Not the most fun of projects...

You're welcome! :D

Yeah, I know the fence and retaining wall will not be fun. However, in some weird way I really enjoy this kind of stuff. I always take great pride in actually being able to perform the work or the fix myself instead of having to hire it out.

Yeah I know. I wish I had the money to have a proper concrete retaining wall built. Ideally I would want one just like my neighbor has.

Heh, nice idea but both of us are in the same boat in regards to sore body parts. :P

Meanwhile, in the temple of ... err, Seattle, we've had a very cold and wet May, not quite recordsetting, but its definitely up there with nearly twice our average May rainfall and average highs about where our usual May average lows are. June is not shaping up to be much warmer, though we did finally breach -- barely -- all of 70 degrees on Saturday. Yesterday, today and for the foreseeable (or forecastable) future, though, its back to cold and drizzle, if not outright rain.

Not that I'd swap. I'm from here, and I much prefer the cooler weather ... easier to bundle up when its cold than to cool down when its hot, heh.

I could deal with the cool but not the wet. I can't stand being cooped up in the house due to rain, mist, etc. That would get really old very quickly plus it would probably play hell with my allergies.

Depends on your allergies, I suppose. Rain scrubs pollen and other outdoor allergens down.
