Ah, mi scusi, a typo. That should a Artweaver, a free painting software. Not sure if I'd recommend; it lags a bit and moving selections seems somewhat impossible. But that might just be me. It was my first time working with it after all.

She definitely looks like Aredhel to me. Great picture. She is beautiful. I've tried to draw with a mouse and it requires a patience that I absolutely do not have. You did wonderfully.

Aaww thanks! I didn't start trying to draw Aredhel but when I was done she did sort of look like her to me. The expression does it, I suppose.

Haha, I suppose it pays to have a somewhat obsessive personality at times. I am a notoriously annoying nitpicker, which helps a great deal with this sort of thing..

That's really lovely. I like her expression, and the intensity of her eyes. Aredhel? Could be. Also could be one of those "wives of..."

Thank you ^^ And hah. With the Noldor it could basically be almost anyone, as 90% of their population seems to have dark hair and grey eyes...

And a mouse is pretty annoying yes. What really got on my nerves was how hard it is to just get a simple well flowing line. It has the tendency to look...weird. I'm fairly sure that was meant to go a little more smoothly at least, but then I've never done digital drawing before so that might not even be the mouse after all? Oh well. Practice helps, I suppose.

Thanks! Maybe it's the software? I started trying to do this drawing in an ancient version of Jasc Paintshop Pro which just about drove me insane. Artweaver is much better, I guess, though the lag isn't exactly awesome either.

Thank you! And blame it on harp practice. I may have unladylike short nailed fingers with callouses on the tips, but they sure are steady. ^^

And haha, yes. The colouring could be Luthien's as well but I don't see her going about with an expression like that...
