I still remember when you guys first got Cai Cai, and he was this hyper little puppy running around barking as us all during a sleepover. That was a lot of fun. :3 He was so tiny back then. I can't believe it's been 11 years. Wow, I feel totally old.

I'll really miss him, he was a fun dog. I remember all the things you used to get him to do when he was younger, like chase his tail and bite it. And I remember him liking Kix too.

It's sad that you have to put him down, but it seems he really is on his last legs, so to speak. If he's got tumors forming in both his brain and his throat, I think it's time for him to go. You guys took such good care of him, and it's just so sad and painful to see how much he's deteriorated since last year. *hugs*

I think it'll be good that you're there when he gets puts down. He'll be with family, and he won't be alone. If you need to talk, feel free to call me.
