Bah. I don't think I'm going to be submitting anything for the prompt (quixotic for those of you who aren't on Brigit's flame and are curious) this week. I have an idea for it, but it feels like kind of a cop out. It is a bit of story on Smudge that I decided to go a different direction with in the book. It would fit the prompt, because of how

1. Thanks! I appreciate the words of encouragement! I really really do! My laziness and want for a relaxed weekend won out though!

2. Thank you! I looove my camera. :) We do live in a woodsy area. There are woods all around the house, and a big swamp (ugh, mosquitoes in the summer) out behind it. It is woody in general near us, with a few big open fields (mostly corn and soybeans), orchards, and vineyards. Hehe. The anvil goes with our little homemade forge. It is fun!

3. Nifty. :) Mine is kind of, brownish/blondish/reddish. It is a hard color to describe exactly. Light brown when I'm not liking it... honey when I'm feeling poetic. I think it is the sun that is doing it. I've done a lot of kayaking these past few years. :) It used to go blonder when I was little, now it goes redder, and I love it!
