There's been a suggestion that Prop 8 passing was deliberate; as in possibly rigged or even voted for by those that are against the idea of banning marriage from any non-hetero couple

The problem is that I didn't hear about any organized opposition to it. Basically just a bunch of random people saying it was bad.

The fundies (in this case the mormons) are scary organized and they can mobilize thousands of people to vote for something.

The LGB community needs to do the same, or they are never going to win.

I think what bothers me is that Despite people hating that pro 8 passed is how a lot of people complained but that's it.

I seriously doubt that people will stop buying Lucas films because he contributed (a large sum) to the cause. That's kinda sad.
