Last night I got a tour of the Y. I got a free two-week trial membership. I'm going to take advantage of it. Swim + lifting weights. Doors open @ 5:00AM. This is cool! I can get up, ride my bike there, lift weights for a half hour, swim for a half hour, ride back home and still have enough time to do the standing set. If I tweak it, I may
