One of our housemates moved out (moving closer to work), so we now have a room in our house available for rent.  The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near the corner of North White and Penitencia Creek in San Jose.  We're close to 680, not too far from 101, and well north of scary East San Jose.  The Great Mall is
