We have just returned from the vet to get "some" of Artemis' stitches removed, and I heard the dreaded Cancer word again.

Thank you so much for sharing. This is definitely a rough thing to be dealing with right now. Not that any time is easy...

I read of Mattie's story, and I know how hard it can be to watch our furkids fade away. I had just hoped that Artemis would be a bit less drastic news, though in reality I knew that was unlikely once I found out how large the mass was.

That's awful! In a terrible way, though, at least you'll be allowed the decision to end things when it becomes too much for her. It could be the reality of having to watch the disease win, the way it happens with humans. (no, I'm not bitter, why do you ask?)

Also, we need to do lunch, or something. Phone's out, as new girl has started and she's not off until 10 pm.

Yes love, we definitely need to do, something, lunch may be out, due to funds...surgery was $200+ and that has wiped out the monies for another couple of weeks.

Glad to hear a new girl has started, too bad it wasn't me. *Sighs*

Try to touch base with me at work, I am back to Tues-Friday, but am working some 12 hour days, as our lovely (sarcasm) DM decided for some reason we needed to stay open until 8pm now.
