Dreams, still and again.

Last night I dreamed of a little community that eschewed modern technology, and lived either in another dimension, or in the middle of nowhere. (The dream was not clear at all.) That's awesome.

We should start an anthology of dream narratives involving pie.

Also, "my cousins were refusing to take the puppies through the windows" made me happy for some reason, especially accompanied with the image of the poodle puppies.

How dare you insult the lemon meringue!

let me tell you how unhappy i was that i missed goodwill.

that morning here was my conversation:

bnell: and, mish, you STAY in bed!!!
mish: but........GOODWILL!!!!??!?!
bnell: do you *really* think that's a good idea?
mish: ::cough cough cough cough snort blow nose cough::
bnell: mmm-hmmm. be a good mish and don't kill yourself

sigh. yeah. it was pretty funny. i kept looking at the clock going, well maybe i'll get better in a few more minutes....we WILL do it though!
