One of my dream cosplays! I was so friggin' happy to finally make this a done thing. Vasily got a new England wig, and she did an amazing job on her hat(s) and our clocks. We were able to have our first impromptu photoshoot, thanks to Squi-kun, and I'm really happy with some of the shots he was able to get. Hopefully we'll get some silly daylight ones at AWA in a few weeks! It was a little awkward at first, but a lot of fun. Got to roll around on con floor, though thankfully not in a place that gets a lot of traffic. XD

World Cup and April Fools America / Waiter England
AWA 2011
The first two are actually from AWA's first World Cup tournament, where we were roped into playing on account of all of the actual players apart from two got lost on the way to the park....
We were teamed up with France (kept switching sides) and Greece (fell asleep at the post but did make a few saves).... Against Prussia (ran amock), Germany (tried to herd us together), Nederlands (was amused), and Italy (ran from the ball, slept in goal) .... with a wild Cameroon coming in as he liked as a team of 1. Oh, and a small group of Polish cheerleaders. It was a very interesting game to say the least.
I think Vasily and I'll stick to the stands next year, as all of my shots were horribly off goal (kept shooting it towards referee, had one on goal but wound up shooting it in opposite direction), and Vasily looked so threatening making half attempts at the ball in her boots and waiter apron (and chasing off France). XD But! We did manage to semi-fend off Germany and Netherlands, so that must count for something.
This game was clearly Hetalian on all fronts.

Doing waiter was fun for a cracky spoof I want to do full April Fool's soon..., but it was kind of... cold outside. XD;; I'd like to do it again some time and take proper pics of it.
