It’s the scariest thing in the world, to walk into a hospital room, and see your 3 year old little brother hooked up to several machines. Amanda, I'm so sorry to hear about your brother. I know what it feels like to see a loved one on a ventilator, with IVs, wires etc. My girls were in NICU afterall and were vented for a week or so. I imagine it is very scary not knowing what is wrong with him and I hope they find out soon so they can treat him and get him home. Did they rule out meningitis? I couldn't tell from your post. Are they testing him for that staph infection MRSA? I really really hope he gets better soon ( ... )

Thank you so much Kate. It means a lot to me. Its just so scary, he will be knocked out for at least another 2 to 3 days, and NO one is allowed in his room because of the infection. They stil dont know whats wrong... its scary.
