oh insomnia...and i took three sedatives too...ah feck. eating popcorn and hoping to pass out soon as I have to be up at 10am. Damn myself for napping at 11pm.

yay I was all bragging to my friend today that I made it throughout the ENTIRE day without a nap. Woke up at 1pm, went to cerritos mall to help my 22 year old friend find a dress for graduation (the commencement that I should have been in), went to my mom and dad's for dinner....came home in sheer delight that I didn't have to nap. No more caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and sugar??? I knew I always knew for the last couple of years that if i don't eat every 2 hours I feel ill. Now I know why. At least men doing pushups on top of me is allowable. :)

Mental health comes first. I'm postponing my graduation date. Phew I feel better already. I don't know why I need to stress myself out so much.
