There was a movie that's only in theaters today for 1 showing. If I went to my regular church there was a 50/50 chance I'd make it on time and there'd be NO time to get lunch meaning I'd be stuck with really expensive, really awful theater food. If only this were an anomaly. Sadly, it is similar to the majority of the diocesan parishes in the State of Florida.

I don't know how we come back from this.

It's more than just political. It's also theological, liturgical and moral liberalism.

It's actually been happening since the late 60s. It's just gotten to the point now that they're a sizable majority and the illusion that the Catholic Church is what it was historically can no longer be maintained. In the contest between the word and the world a large swath of the church has been lost.
