Despite my recent raises 1 fact remain painfully true, my total income is decreasing. Wow that sucks, sorry to hear.

Is there a mechanism in MN to get driving points scrubbed off your record? In FL you can plead, pay the fine, and take a course - though of course that's letting them win, and I also don't know if it applies to CDL.

The points don't really concern me. It's the fact it would appear at all on my MVR.

Is this what it comes down to? Everyone needs a dash cam to record hours and hours of video to prevent shit like this? What did that undercover pig do? Put a toe on the cross walk? Does that make a "crime" even if you had dash cam video?

Maybe you should consider leaving the Democratic Socialist Peoples Republic of Minnesota?
