I'll be gone for about a week. Work is sending me to an Internet Security conference (SANS) in Orlando. I don't know what internet access will be like, just in case you think I dropped off the face of the earth :)

Do you know who your presenters will be for the SANS conf? Someone from the mud does (or it might be did now..) some of the presentations for them!

Elipticals rock!! once you get used to them that is, much easier on your body then the treadmil, and works a heck of a lot more of your body then a bike! woo!! Oh yea, and if your legs and ass hurt, it means that you are doing something to make them work, good job! hehe!!
