Still switching it up

So after much long debate with myself, I tried not weighing every Friday and only doing it on the 1st and 15th instead. Well it worked out really great on the 1st. If you'll recall, I'd lost 4.4 lbs from the week before (when it was still April and therefore not a part of this twice a month weigh in plan of mine). Well then the 15th rolled around and I was up 3.2 lbs and my BF% was higher while my MM% was lower. So naturally this just wasn't acceptable to me. So I decided to ditch the Olivia Method, since I'd been on it for at least a month and it just wasn't working for me and I went back to what worked for about a year for me. And while I did drop 2.2 lbs from then until today, I'm still not below where I was at the beginning of the month. Therefore (because I really need to stop starting every sentence with "so"), this tells me that I do need to stick with weekly weigh ins for the time being because I feel like doing it any less frequently right now is just not good for my end game plan.
