Holy schdudeling

I lost 5.2 lbs last week! Which of course just confirms my theory (it only took a week... :/ ) that a part of what I gained last week was water weight. I only managed to drag myself to the gym once last week and then all the rest of the time I was just too damn lazy. It's terribly sad that I used to love going to the gym and now it just feels like I could care less. Which means I definitely need to be more accurate and honest with counting my calories and making better choices.
