I'm down 2.6 lbs in the first week! I've been making sure to get in some form of exercise everyday this week so far and have been really keeping track of what I've been eating so I'm so pleased with this progress. I joined a Biggest Loser competition on MFP. It's not for money or anything but instead just for the group support and motivation that I've been lacking on the website ever since I decided to drop out of the other group I was a member of months ago so that I could "try it on my own". Yeah...I so don't recommend that for me anymore. I need the group support even if I'm the one still doing all of the work just like I was before. I need the accountability of having to report to others.
