Like 4 pounds more! In one week!!! So apparently working out everyday for 30 minutes on top of eating right is doing me good this time around. I've actually started planning my day out food wise at the beginning of the day so I have a rough estimate of how many calories I'm going to get to have for snacks or to figure out what to make for dinner to fit within my budget. Today for instance, it's 6:15 am and I've filled in everything I plan on eating because I have leftovers and I'm currently 30 calories over my budget. While 30 calories isn't a big deal, I know I'm going to get some more freed up once I factor in the calories I burned for my strength training session later today.I'm really not sure why I never thought to try this method before but I'm finding it incredibly helpful right now. I just hope that I can keep it up once Brian comes home and wants to start eating at all sorts of yummy tasting but horrible for you expensive restaurants.
