Is interesting and I'm sure it has a lot to do with the fact that I was sick on Wednesday and ate next to nothing. Because I know I didn't exercise as much as I should have. But this week I lost 3.2 POUNDS! That puts me at an even 10 lost for the month. I'm down a full 5.5" from all over my body with 3.25" of those coming from my waist and hips region. :D
I am now officially better than average for the year according to the study that said of those who resolve to lose weight at the beginning of the year, 50% do and their average weight loss is 7 pounds.
