I just got caught up again and I'm enthralled by this series. What I love about your writing is that it always feels like a complete universe -- you paint all the characters as clearly as the central ones. Love that funny convo between Andrew and Dawn ;-) And poor, drunk, miserable Spike... he breaks my heart:

"Sure, you're not leaving me. Got a soul now, don't I?" Soul, fucking double-edged sword. Punished him from the moment he got it. Made sure he wouldn't hurt her again. Made it possible for her to love him, maybe. Someday.

Thank you, Tia--you're the sweetest. I write so slowly, I don't know how anyone has the patience to follow Possession.

You know, whenever I think about spending less time on the supporting characters I feel guilty. Which is strange and disturbing, given that they're fictional characters.

Only an untold and possibly endless number of months and chapters to go!

Thank you for the kind words! Work on Possession is going really slowly at the moment--work's been busy--but I hope to send the next chapter off to beta this weekend. Cross your fingers!
