Found this through the kink meme, and so seriously lol'd. I call them plot tribbles in my head, though, although your bunnies are related to them, I think. LOVE! And I like the expanded version!

I find I like the plot tribble version better as well, mostly because I'm such an unrepentant Trekker and that icon that's floating around with Kirk and the tribbles is one of my all-time favorites. Bunnies made more sense for the story though. And I'm glad you like the expanded one! I was worried that going too long might detract.

Yes. Yes, they are. I was trying to put in thigs I see happening a lot on the meme or at least being requested) and I can't even count how many Chekov must be devirginized ones are out there. It seemed somehow appropriate.
